The people behind MindOfis.

Ahmet Ataner Şapçı
Ahmet Ataner Şapçı combines experience in information technology, marketing and business consulting with a personal and professional perspective on Germany and Türkiye.
Professional background
Born and raised in Regensburg, he lived in Germany for around 30 years and has been based in Istanbul since 2009. His professional background includes a role as Key Account Manager at InterNetX, followed by work in digital services, brand communication and support for business ventures.
Business responsibility
As founder and CEO, he is responsible for the strategic direction of MindOfis and the development of its business areas. His focus is on connecting business ideas with implementation: the organisation a service needs and the way technology, communication and support can work together.
International cooperation and reputation
Alongside MindOfis, he holds a leadership role at AVA Global Consulting in Istanbul and is co-founder and managing director of Citys Business Consulting UG in Regensburg. As an author, he explores the relationship between business conduct, public perception and trust.
Mehmet Burak Altıparmak
Mehmet Burak Altıparmak is the software developer responsible for MindOfis’s web and technical infrastructure. He combines a background in mechanical engineering with work in modern web technologies and artificial intelligence.
Technical responsibility
He runs MindOfis’s digital products end to end, from architecture and development to deployment and infrastructure. He manages the websites of the brands and partners, platforms with membership and payment systems, and the hosting and DNS infrastructure behind them.
Platforms and infrastructure
He has built platforms with subscription and payment infrastructure, role-based member and partner portals, automated contract generation and multi-tenant structures. He has integrated QR-code-based access and discount systems in physical locations with network hardware. He builds these solutions on an architecture based on Next.js, TypeScript and PostgreSQL – server-side rendered, multilingual and managed through a headless CMS – treating security, performance and scalability as part of the design from the start.
Engineering and artificial intelligence
He completed his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering at Erciyes University, where he is now pursuing a master’s degree in the same field. In his thesis he combines machine learning and genetic algorithms to design composite materials that balance conflicting objectives such as strength, weight and cost. His main areas of work are Next.js, React, TypeScript, Java, Spring Boot, Python and cloud infrastructure.
