Website delivery
When you visit, technical connection data such as IP address, time, requested file and browser information are transmitted to the web server. Processing supports delivery and security under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Actual logging and retention depend on the hosting configuration.
Contact form and email
When you use the contact form, your entries (name, company, email address, subject and message), the site language and the time of submission are transmitted to our web server. We forward them by email to info@mindofis.com, send you a confirmation to the address you provided and record the enquiry in our enquiry system, where only authorised staff can view it. We use these processors: Vercel Inc. (website hosting), Resend (email delivery) and Contentful GmbH (storage of enquiries); data may be processed outside the EU on the basis of the EU standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. You can also write to us directly by email. We process contact details and content to respond under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contract-related enquiries, otherwise under Article 6(1)(f). Enquiries are deleted automatically once the retention period we have set has expired, or earlier on request unless legal obligations require us to keep them.
Cookies and external content
This website uses no analytics or marketing cookies. Images, stylesheets and fonts are served locally. Language selection uses page links without storing a preference. External websites are accessed only when a link is clicked and have their own privacy notices. The map on the contact page is loaded from Google Maps (Google Ireland Limited) only after you click “Load map”; Google then receives your IP address and may set cookies. The legal basis is your consent by clicking (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by reloading the page.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Consent may be withdrawn for the future. You may complain to a competent supervisory authority, including Estonia’s Andmekaitse Inspektsioon (aki.ee). To exercise your rights, contact info@mindofis.com.
